Version: 1.1
Last Updated: October 20, 2026

GoMeet is firmly committed to maintaining a safe, trustworthy environment for all users and enforces a strict, zero-tolerance policy against any form of child sexual abuse, exploitation, or endangerment.

This Child Safety Policy applies universally to all accounts, content, messages, photos, videos, and interactions across the GoMeet platform.

1. STRICT PROHIBITION OF CHILD SEXUAL ABUSE AND EXPLOITATION

GoMeet strictly prohibits all forms of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).

Users are strictly prohibited from using GoMeet to:

  • Post, transmit, upload, store, or distribute photos, videos, or any media depicting sexual content involving children or minors;

  • Solicit, search for, or request any such material;

  • Groom, entice, or approach minors for sexual purposes;

  • Solicit, demand, or pressure children into sending nude, sexually suggestive, or intimate images, videos, or materials;

  • Threaten, coerce, extort, or blackmail children using intimate or sensitive imagery (sextortion);

  • Facilitate, assist, encourage, promote, or coordinate child sexual abuse or exploitation in any manner;

  • Generate, publish, or distribute AI-generated, synthetic, or digitally altered media depicting children in sexualized or explicit contexts.

These activities are strictly prohibited on GoMeet under any circumstances, with zero tolerance.

2. REPORTING SUSPICIOUS CONTENT OR BEHAVIOR

If you encounter an account, chat message, photo, video, or behavior that suggests a child may be at risk or subjected to harm, you should immediately use the in-app Report feature.

You may also contact GoMeet Support directly at contact@gomeet.info.

All reports involving child safety are prioritized with highest urgency and reviewed immediately by our Trust & Safety team.

3. HOW GOMEET ENFORCES VIOLATIONS

Upon detecting or receiving a credible report of child sexual abuse, exploitation, or endangerment, GoMeet will take immediate enforcement actions, which may include:

  • Permanently deleting or blocking the offending content;

  • Disabling and restricting account features;

  • Immediately locking, suspending, or permanently terminating the offending account;

  • Implementing technical safeguards to block the re-upload and re-distribution of the material;

  • Preserving evidentiary logs and records necessary for internal review and legal proceedings;

  • Executing all necessary protective measures to safeguard users and the broader community.

In severe or imminent cases involving child endangerment, GoMeet will immediately ban and terminate the account without prior warning.

4. COOPERATION WITH LAW ENFORCEMENT AND AUTHORITIES

When severe violations are identified or as mandated by applicable law, GoMeet will report the incident and proactively cooperate with law enforcement agencies, child protection organizations (including reporting to relevant national and international clearinghouses, such as NCMEC or equivalent bodies), and competent regulatory authorities.

GoMeet strictly fulfills all statutory and regulatory child protection obligations in accordance with applicable governing laws.
