Version: 1.1
Last Updated: October 20, 2026
These Community Guidelines (“Guidelines”) establish the core rules regarding acceptable content and conduct when using GoMeet, a product operated by TEKINO COMPANY LIMITED (“TEKINO”, “GoMeet”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
The mission of GoMeet is to cultivate a respectful, secure, and welcoming environment where people can discover, connect, chat, extend dining invitations, and meet in person with confidence and peace of mind.
These Guidelines apply in conjunction with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Safety & Support Guide, and other applicable GoMeet policies.
Violating these Guidelines may result in formal warnings, feature restrictions, content removal, account suspension, or permanent account termination, depending on the severity and nature of the infraction.

The use of “Nearby” and discovery features;
In-app behaviors and interactions;
In-person conduct during offline meetups arising directly from connections made on GoMeet;
Other activities directly associated with your use of GoMeet.
When using GoMeet, you must:

2.1. Right to Refuse
When receiving an invitation, you have full freedom to:

Agreed to meet;
Engaged in conversation;
Sent or received photos;
Met you in person before;
Had friendly interactions with you; does not mean they are obligated to maintain ongoing interaction.
2.4. Right to Leave a Meetup
Every user has the right to:
Leave an in-person meetup at any time, for any reason;
Maintain control over their own transportation;
Block the other person immediately;
Report any troubling incident to GoMeet.
No one has the right to coerce another person to stay at a meetup or compel further contact.
3. HARASSMENT, STALKING, THREATS, AND HATE SPEECH
GoMeet enforces a zero-tolerance policy against harassment, stalking, intimidation, or attempts to instill fear in others.

Submit forged or altered selfies;
Use photos of another person to complete verification;
Attempt to bypass or reverse-engineer the verification workflow;
Provide false information to acquire a verification badge;
Misrepresent the meaning of the verification badge.
The “Verified” badge indicates solely that an account has completed GoMeet’s internal verification checks. It does NOT imply that TEKINO has verified a user’s legal identity via National IDs, Citizen Identity Cards, or passports.

If chat messages are reported or submitted as evidence in a safety complaint, GoMeet may review the relevant conversation history to investigate the violation.

9. DINING INVITATIONS, NO-SHOWS, AND OFFLINE CONDUCT
9.1. Using Dining Invitations
GoMeet lets you send dining invitations specifying the venue, cuisine, and proposed date.
You must NOT:
Spam invitations across numerous users indiscriminately;
Repeatedly re-send invitations after a user has declined;
Weaponize invitations to harass or intimidate;

Misuse invitations for purposes incompatible with GoMeet.
Recipients reserve the right to decline any invitation without providing justification.
9.2. Cancellations and No-Shows
Failing to attend a scheduled meetup is not automatically treated as a punishable rule violation. However, if you are unable to make it, courtesy requires that you:
Inform the other party as early as possible;
Cancel or reschedule the plans promptly;
Avoid creating fake invitations solely to disrupt someone’s schedule.
Where repeated no-shows are demonstrated to be part of a malicious pattern of harassment, trolling, or fraud, GoMeet may take administrative action.
9.3. In-Person Conduct at Meetups
These Guidelines extend to offline behavior when meetups originate directly through GoMeet. You must NOT:
Harass, demean, or intimidate the person you meet;
Make verbal or physical threats;
Engage in non-consensual touching, coercion, or sexual assault;

Use physical violence;

9.4. Meeting Venues
GoMeet strongly recommends that all first-time meetups occur in public, populated spaces. Exercise heightened caution if someone proposes relocating to:
A private residence or apartment;
A hotel room;
A private vehicle;
Isolated, secluded, or desolate areas;
Unfamiliar, private, or enclosed spaces.
While such venues are not universally forbidden, coercing or pressuring someone into moving to a private setting against their wishes is deemed harassment and a serious safety violation.
9.5. Restaurant and Venue Etiquette
When meeting at a restaurant or dining venue, you must show respect for:
Venue management and hospitality staff;
Other patrons;
Restaurant property and facilities;
House rules and establishment policies.
You must not cause public disturbances, vandalize property, harass restaurant staff, or leverage GoMeet to cause intentional distress to businesses.

You must not use GoMeet in any manner that disrupts normal platform functionality or subverts the core purpose of the service. Prohibited activities include:

Harvesting user profiles or data without permission;
Tampering with GoMeet’s native functionality;
Funneling users off-platform for the primary purpose of exploitation or fraud;
Exploiting GoMeet for unlawful enterprise.
11. BLOCKING, REPORTING, AND EMERGENCY PROTOCOLS
11.1. Blocking
If you no longer wish to interact with someone, you may use the in-app Block feature. Upon blocking:
Chat communication is permanently severed;
Neither party can send dining invitations to the other;
Mutual profile visibility is restricted;
Users will no longer be visible to each other in “Nearby” or discovery feeds.
Blocking someone does not replace filing a report. If a rule violation has occurred, please submit a formal report so our safety team can take action.
11.2. Reporting
You can report violations such as:
Harassment or bullying;
Fake or impersonated accounts;
Financial scams or extortion;
Unsolicited explicit sexual content;
Threats or hate speech;
Unlawful tracking or stalking;
Troubling in-person incidents;
Suspected underage users;
Inappropriate conduct involving minors;
Commercial spam;
Doxxing and privacy violations;
Other safety concerns supported by GoMeet.
Reports may include written context, screenshots, photos, videos, chat snippets, and other supporting evidence.
11.3. Bad-Faith Abuse of the Reporting Tool
You must not weaponize the reporting system to:
Exact revenge or settle personal vendettas;
Harass innocent users;
Intentionally submit fabricated evidence;
Manipulate our moderation workflows.
Filing a good-faith report that lacks sufficient evidence does not constitute an abuse of the reporting tool. GoMeet sanctions only those users who demonstrate intentional bad-faith abuse of the reporting feature.
11.4. Emergency Situations
If our team detects credible signs of:
Imminent threats of physical violence;
Grave bodily injury;
Exploitation of minors;
Dangerous stalking;
Immediate threats to life and physical safety; GoMeet may enact immediate protective suspensions prior to concluding a formal inquiry.
IMPORTANT: If you or someone else is in immediate danger, prioritize removing yourself to a safe location and contact local emergency services or law enforcement authorities immediately.

When assessing a reported incident, our safety team considers:
The details provided in the report;
Corroborating evidence and attachments;
Relevant chat history;
User profile contents;
Historical behavior and prior infractions;
Frequency and recurrence;
Severity of the harm;
Surrounding context;
The potential risk posed to the broader community;
Other relevant data.
Not every user report results in disciplinary action.
12.2. Disciplinary Actions
Depending on the gravity and facts of each case, GoMeet may:
Take no formal action;
Issue an informal or formal written warning;
Mandate the editing or deletion of non-compliant content;
Restrict specific platform features;
Restrict interaction capabilities;
Require identity re-verification;
Revoke verification status;
Temporarily suspend the account;
Lock the account pending investigation;
Permanently terminate the account;
Institute other reasonable measures to protect our community and infrastructure.
For severe safety violations, GoMeet reserves the right to immediately terminate the account upon the very first infraction.
12.3. Appeals
Where an appeals mechanism is available, you may submit a formal request for review of a disciplinary decision. Your appeal should include:
Registered email address or account handle;
The specific enforcement action being appealed;
Clear grounds and rationale for the review;
Supplementary evidence, if available.
Upon re-examination, GoMeet may:
Uphold the original decision;
Reduce or modify the sanction;
Overturn the decision and restore privileges;
Request additional clarifying information.
12.4. Inherent Limitations of Safety Tools
GoMeet provides safety tools such as verification, blocking, reporting, and moderation to minimize interpersonal risks. However, GoMeet cannot warrant that:
Every malicious actor will be identified in advance;
Every prospective violation will be preempted;
All user-supplied information is completely accurate;
Every offline encounter will be entirely free of risk.
Users are expected to exercise independent judgment and practice proactive safety precautions at all times.
12.5. Amendments to Guidelines
GoMeet may revise these Guidelines when:
Product features or service mechanics evolve;
New patterns of platform abuse emerge;
Safety protocols or legal standards are updated;
Community governance requires enhancement.
The “Last Updated” date at the top of this document indicates the effective revision date. For material updates, GoMeet may provide notice via in-app alerts, email, or other appropriate communication channels.
